The Oman REIT, listed on the Muscat Stock Exchange (OMRF), and managed by FIM Partners, closes its first transaction of the year 2024. The transaction consists of an acquisition of a logistics park, fully tenanted to renowned tenants, located in Rusayl Industrial area, Oman. This transaction increases Oman REIT’s industrial & logistics weightage to c. 20% of the REIT’s total assets.
